Get rid of Win64/Sirefef.AL upon disabling its kernel mode protection

Win64/Sirefef.AL activates links supplied by remote attackers and fulfills other tasks according to the instructions it receives. It is a computer infection that interacts with other rogues, most of which belong to the same family.
The malware runs in operating system user-mode), while there is a kernel mode component of the same family in charge of protecting it.
The kernel-mode protection is provided by rootkit. There is no use to remove Win64/Sirefef.AL and disregard the kernel mode security agent, for that would not provide a lasting effect after the extermination, or the deletion attempt will be blocked.
